tiring thursday

Althoug I am still on MC I did not rest a bit. Was at TTSH till 11pm last night. My dad had a routine checkup that afternoon and he was complaining about his chest pain. The doctor admitted him directly when she found out his blood pressure shoot up to 173. Gosh... might be a minor stroke? Needles needed to poke him several times, till he shouted in pain to stop... my heart broke as I see him bearing the pain.... He was schedule for a dye scan today to see if his blood vessels are still alright, the x-ray done earlier only reflect his blood vessels expanded but cant diagnose anything yet, got to wait for the scan today.

It was schedule at 10am today yet till now he is still waiting on his bed. I was rather upset with the process there. We were told that the senior consultant will come and visit him last night so we can know what's the directions here. Yet the senior consultant never appear... then when we asked the nurse again, we were told that the senior consultant has given the junior consultant to make his rounds, yet no one came.... then some say he has to fast some say no need to fast... this is terrible! This was finally confirm at 10.30pm that my dad need to fast but he hasn't had anything since lunch! I request them to put him on grip but till 11pm nothing has been done. Knowing that we are all tired, my dad told us to go back first... haiz.... ttsh heard many stories yet 1st time experiencing them... so bad yet so true.
