What really is Praise?

Today is a CG day. The Most Happy day of the week (excl weedends)... because it is another time of fellowshipping with CG members and God. A time to learn and be rooted in the W.O.G.

But there is always one problem I've encounter. Most of us are great worshippers, great listener of the word, yet most of the time, we tensed to forget how to give God His praise as we become the doer of His word.

What really is PRAISE?

Praise is to express great approval or admiration, for example, for somebody’s ability or achievements or for something’s good qualities. It means to give worship and thanks to God.

It's a kind of admire, to be pleased by. To regard somebody or something with a feeling of pleasure and approval.

It's a kind of respect, to have a high opinion of somebody or something, for example, a quality or attribute.

In short, Praise is to glorify, honor, worship, adore and to exalt....

Praising God means even during your lau period YOU PRAISE HIM for that.

Although it seems easy said than done. Why don't you give it a try starting from today?

Just say a short prayer, thanking Him for giving you an opportunity to grow under all circumstances. Praising Him that He is God, who is able to bring you through. Thanking Him for remaining Faithful while you feel so faithless.

Fellow brothers and sisters, Let's give Him all the Praise He deserves today!
