okay... our reno cost concluded to be $23k excluding the accessories....

That includes:

• Hacking of old flooring tiles (living room, bedrooms, kitchen and 2x WC)
• New titles for living room and bedrooms
• Non-slip tiles for kitchen and 2x WC
• Hacking of wall tiles in kitchen
• Plaster and paint of walls
• Kitchen cabinates
• New trash bin
• New aluminum grill's lock
• New Fire proof main door
• New customised main gate
• Paint and workmanship and new lock for 3x bedroom doors
• PVC bio-fold door for WC
• 2 units of Mitsubishi air-con
• Installation of power sockets, svc points, telephone points etc
• Gas heater
• WC works etc

wow... so exp yah... we need to set aside some money for lightings and toilet stuff too haiz...
